Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! Wonderful and so tipical place. Quiet room, nice garden and beautiful covered outdoor place where having a very good breakfast. Last but not least, the host, Jervant, a very kind person that was been a pleasure to meet and talk with. He has permitted me to park my motorbike inside the courtyard.

We felt like family! We have spent 4 nights at Arman's place, and we can only recommend it to everyone! If you are looking for a friendly, cozy, local and familiar stay in Vanadzor, this is the place to be. The house has a nice garden and it is very quite. It is a little outside of the busy centre and has a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains (but is still very close to go everywhere in the city, shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby). The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. You can have a delicious and abundant typical Armenian breakfast on request. Arman and his wife have been very helpful with all our needs. We hope to come back someday and recommend this guest house to all travelers looking for a warm and peaceful stay!
