The most welcoming family we have met here in Armenia! Such a wonderful and hard-working family :) The stay was truly wonderful and the breakfast was really delicious!

Hospitality, the surrounding nature, the house

This place is a paradise that you don't hope to find in Armenia! The location is stunning - it is quiet, you are surrounded by nature, and it is beautiful scenery throughout the day. The facilities are spotless clean and everything is taken care with love, every small detail, everywhere you look. Every decoration is interesting, and the interior is very unique. We didn't expect it to be this great, but hands down, this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed anywhere on our travels. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are very clean and new. Towels and sheets smell amazing. There are plenty of areas where to hang around inside, and they are all beautiful. We especially loved the swing above the place - what a perfect spot. The owner - another level of hospitality. He was always very attentive and making sure you were fine. We were gifted by the most delicious strawberries and pastries from his wife, and we were allowed to eat the berries that grew there. Not to mention, we shared coffee and nuts together and watched the most beautiful thunderstorm we have ever seen. We decided to stay extra (3rd) night, and needed to load our groceries, so he took us to the shop and back in the cleanest car we have ever seen 😍 The kittens in the yard are so lovely, and the husky dog Taiga is very sweet also. For the third night, we moved to the smaller house that is designed by the owner, and it is so authentic and cosy, you feel like you are staying in the countryside with 5 star hotel facilities. I could go on and on about this place, you have to come and experience it by yourself. This is not to be missed if you are in the area. Our stay in general was very enjoyable: the family on site was always friendly and available (they speak English well). Relaxing and being able to use the areas of the garden (as well as the indoors kitchen) were great things! It was comfortable and fun staying there. We were given fresh fruit by the family (from the trees in their garden) & on the day of checking out they helped us to call a taxi. Everyone was given free glasses of red wine one evening (we didn't get the explanation as for why but this was a nice gesture, the wine in this area is something unique to Armenia and tastes great). In the kitchen we met different people who were staying in the guesthouse (on the same property as the campsite) and that was fun. Also cooking our own meals was nice. We also used the washing machine once and the price for laundry was only 500 AMD (very cheap) & our clothes dried very quickly outside on a clothing rack. We stayed from the 7th until the 11th of August (extended our stay-eventhough there was something we didn't like but the positive overweighed the negative). All in all we've had an enjoyable stay and recommend others to certainly stay at this great place!

Owner Sergey and his assistant Mery were very nice and helpful. The place itself is very clean, green and relaxing. The most cozy place we visited at Armenia.

My stay with Lusya was amazing! She makes you feel like at home, serves you tea and coffee and makes the best for you so you enjoy the trip. Once I arrived all wet from a hike, she let me use her drying machine and borrowed some clothes. The house is big and super clean, beds are comfortable and there is a beautiful garden with flowers. If you are going to Yeghegnadzor I definitely recommend you to choose this guesthouse!
