Barbara is very hospital and nice, although speaking very little English but always smile and giving us help. The environment of the house inside and outside was brilliant, every sight is a beautiful picture, the house is big and well furnished, we enjoy our stay a lot and definitely will come again when our next trip to Munich. I had the pleasure of staying at a peaceful hilltop apartment that exceeded all expectations. The apartment provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, far away from the noise of busy roads. The true highlight of the apartment were the two balconies, offering awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscapes. Waking up to such natural beauty was truly remarkable, creating a sense of calm and providing the perfect backdrop for memorable moments spent with loved ones. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their genuine care and assistance, including helping us with sending postcards, added a personal touch that made us feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this tranquil retreat to anyone in search of a peaceful getaway. From the well-equipped apartment to the breathtaking balcony views, it truly exceeded expectations. It's a welcoming place, ideal for a family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We appreciated the availability of board games for entertainment.     The accommodation was very comfortable, and the setting was stunning. On one side there are woodlands, and on the other are views of the village with the mountains behind. Just breath-taking! Our hosts were very friendly, and we enjoyed many beautiful walks in the area.

    This apartment is in a rural location with stunning balcony views over the fields out to the mountains. There is a lovely walk along the stream through forest to Abtenau itself. Abentau is a pretty village with plenty of restaurants and shops. Barbara is a great host. Even though we do not speak German and she does not speak English we managed to communicate effectively.

    The hosts were amazing. They were so kind and friendly. The house was spacious and had everything we could have asked for. It was so nice to have a table big enough to seat the number of guests that can fit in the house. And the views were stunning! What a beautiful little village. We were sad to leave.

    It's a great old building in a great small village near Salzburg. there is a big living room with a big dining table. A separate kitchen with all the appliances needed and a separate main bedroom, additional bed also available. The location is very attractive. the village also has big supermarkets, restaurants and coffees. it's close to the highway. the communication with the host was online and without any delays. There is a dedicated parking space and a great yard for kids to play.
