Had a one night stay here. The host was very friendly. The room was good with a decent sized comfortable bed. Bathroom was also good with a shower. Room had a balcony which over looked the village towards the mountains which was terrific. Arrived by motorcycle and on-site parking was a bonus. The village had a small shop/cafe and also a bus link into town. We enjoyed our walk into Lienz town (20mins) were found the to old town which had plenty of cafes, restaurants,shops and bars. The continental breakfast was plentiful

Absolutely fantastic apartment and would recommend without hesitation. Fantastic location and we were given a third floor apartment with exceptional views of the mountains. Extremely spacious and well equipped. Brilliant location in central Lienz and parking super easy, €4 for 24 hours in the station opposite. Can’t recommend enough.

Hotel is beautiful, Walter and his staff are engaging excellent hosts and dinner and breakfast were both superb. The spa is extraordinary with four types of saunas and a very cold well water plunge pool. This hotel is on our list to visit anytime we pass through southern Austria.

In an old, updated farmhouse, the beautiful, comfortable and private vacation apartment with outstanding views from two different sides.     We enjoy our stay at Monika's house. The apartment was pretty big and comfortable, and with everything we need for the 1-week stay. The views from both balconies are amazing! Monika is a very friendly and nice host. The Amlach itself is a very cozy, silent, and beautiful village in the valley between mountains. There is a small shop with all the main things we need and a few nice restaurants. And the city of Lienz is in only a few minutes by car. A lot of hikes and bicycle routes can be started from Amlach!

    The peaceful village of Amlach makes a perfect escape compared to traditional hotels. the view from the balcony is beautiful and serene. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Her delicious homemade breakfast was nicely laid out with good variety. The rooms are large and comfortable. it is a great location to explore the area from.
