We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. Even on rainy days, we enjoyed visits to a nearby citrus garden, local mine tours, an animal park, and a relaxing spa. Simply put, this Chaletdorf is a perfect escape from the everyday. I loved everything about our stay. The hosts, Sabine and Michael are welcoming, warm, helpful, interesting and funny people. They made everything themselves, put a lot of effort and consideration into the place, maintain it nice and clean, and you can see this all around you. We stayed in winter and it was nice and warm. There's everything we needed to prepare our own meals. I had the best sleep. The whole apartment is very big, so are the bedrooms. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. I liked that so many places are close by, 15 to 30 minutes by car, so we visited many villages and towns in two days. There's plenty of parking around the house.

The apartment was almost brand spanking new, nearly without wear and tear. The price was extremely competitive. And the owners put in a lot of nice touches like a bunch of free chocolates and of course free coffee. Parking is free too. This is among the very best hotels / apartments that I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.
