It's a beautiful warm little house, renovated as new, with incredible passion for details, and a great story behind it. We were two families with ski equipment (our fault), so it was a bit crowded, but still had a really great time. If we missed anything, Kim or Koen would provide it in a heartbeat with a smile. Hope to come back again!

Incredible value for money, a huge apartment for the price, would be perfect for staying over a few days. Traveled with bicycle and did self check in on Sunday, so just stored my bike in the room without issue. Perfect stop for the Alpe Adria bike ride. Tasty breakfast the following day and near to restaurants for dinner as well. Would happily stay again and recommend.

Sonja and the family are the nicest people in Mallnitz. We have been going there 3 winter seasons in a row. We really like brakfast, sauna included, and comfy rooms, with ski room to dry the boots.

    The localisation was very convenient, every room with magnificent view (for. ex. from the kitchen window - at a waterfall on the mountain slope) , the apartament was spacious, comfortably equiped with a pleasent decor and the balcony . There was also the beautiful garden around the house and the neighbourhood was silent, delightful, ideal for short and long walking, however not far away from the village center (easy access and parking). Two spectacular attractions with waterfalls - about 2 and 4 km from the house.
