Very stylish, high level residence at affordable price, perfect for business and tourist visits in Zillertal. The owners have bakery next to the building so that the attention to the detail is also transferred in the restaurant. With the unique industrial design, the room was very modern but simultaneously cosy. Book with breakfast! It's worth every penny.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Courtesy and attention to any detail: an excellent family management to enjoy a relaxing time in the Inn Valley, very close to the center of Rattenberg, so beautiful, in particular, during the Advent. This is the best place I have stayed, truly excellent. The family were excellent hosts, friendly and everything you needed but not overbearing, like a top Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was excellent too. The views unparalleled. The rooms clean and nice and big, with excellent bathrooms. The town is nice. Thank you so much to family Larch for the best stay in our trip. The apartment was a real surprise for us, spacy, clean, modern, with a separate room with the table, small stove, where you can eat, read, play the games. Also what is good that there are many hooks to hang the clothes. Someone thought properly when reconstructing this apartment. The cook in the kitchen is Slovakian and cooks perfectly. All food was exceptionally good than in the traditional Austrian kitchen. Also the hotel has very nice relaxing sauna area.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was amazing, everything was clean, a spectacular view from the balcony and kitchen was very well equipped! The stuff was also very nice and very helpful and flexible with the check-in time. We didn’t miss anything during our trip!

Very good apartment with big TV screen, comfortable bed and coffee machine. The bathroom is very big with a bathtub and a shower. It is very convenient place to go to different ski centres which are located nearby (I could choose place to ski depending on the weather). Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Both know English very well. I strongly recommend this place.
