It was a fabulous experience, from booking until I left the apartment. Ms. Pamela made our stay wonderful. She is attentive and happy to help. The apartment was amazing as described in Booking. Perfect big appartment for family. Great location - close to Kaprun centre but a little hidden and very silent with great view to Kaprun castle. Really great comunications with owner. We also had some nice gift - Tauren SPA cards.

Everything, little extras on arrival. The space the showers were epic and that's always a big one for me. The beds were comfy kitchen well equipped. Didn't really use the TV. Balcony was lovely. Yes everything was just great.
