- Location: The hotel is centrally located in Grindelwald, offering stunning views of the Eiger North Face. Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed there in Jun 2033. Shuttle van was provided for easy check in and check out. Overall employees are friendly, and location of lodging is fantabulous to see scenic views of Eiger North Face. The quality of breakfast is THE BEST than ever. It was worth to spend money there in Switzerland 👍

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, our room was very clean and cosy. The view from the balcony was stunning. It is very much appreciated that it is a family run place that has been handed down from generation to generation and you can feel that everything is done with love.     The holiday home is located in the middle of urban and city area, which is nice. It is one bus ride (5mins) away from city center. The outskirt of city centre offers jaw dropping view of Grindelwald, especially sunset and night skies. The place house itself is old and some part of it is dirty (spider webs etc) but overall cleanliness and tidy is within acceptable range. The house can easily sleep 12 guests, spacious common area, kitchen has everything we need and the host is super responsive. Would definitely recommend and come again.
