Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The accommodation is located directly at the beach, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We felt very welcome from the first moment and the host helped us organise everything quickly - from renting a scooter next door to a spontaneous lagoon tour. 11 out of 10!

Great spot! Away from the main tourist resorts, super clean and a cafe 10 metres away, ran by our lovely host! We had such a good stay, waking up to the beach every morning was amazing. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend!

Kura was such a fantastic host. Attentive, helpful, friendly and always willing to assist us with lifts, local advice, sorting us out with a scooter etc. Just next level. The property was also wonderful. Clean and kitted out with everything you could want, and the location was ideal too. Will 100% return here when we are next on Aitutaki. Thank you Kura!

The PERFECT place. We basically had our own beachs and you could walk to great restaurants nearby.

An incredible villa , location and privacy . Great views of the lagoon, walking the beach. Breakfast on the verandah. Kitchen is small but so well equipped. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is even a first aid and sewing kit . Can’t wait to return Hosts are very friendly and helpful
