The hotel is very central (walking distance to many malls, and areas), and the room was very clean. All of the staff are also very friendly, from entering, check in, any requests you may have and all the way to the check out. I want to give an extra thanks to Lucy at the reception who was very helpful with selecting the room, and thanks to the manager who helped us find my lost watch. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay, from the second we arrived the staff were so nice and helpful, they connected with us on WeChat and sent us all the information we needed to go to the wall, they offer a taxi service to the wall location close by and can book you a taxi to a further location. They recommended meals for us to try and sat with us to take us through the menu, I can't say enough great things about them they made it so special, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. They are located in a beautiful area. Highly, highly recommend

We know Raffles City in Dongzhimen but never had the chance to stay in the residence. We are just overwhelmingly impressed! The apartment is big, clean, well furnished, it has everything you will need, and the view through the window is priceless. Very strangely people don't mention the breakfast, it is another positive surprise! I would say, it beats 90% of the 4 and 5 start hotels in Beijing. The buffet is rich and very well organised. Unlike other hotels, once you have your breakfast buffet, you will know what you are going to have throughout your stay. But here, they change the tasty dishes everyday! Two big thumbs up for the wonderful breakfast buffet! We like everything here, and will definitely return to it next time we are in Beijing.

The owner Jennie and her friend were very kind though I just had 1 night stay there. The bed room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. If you will fly from Da Xing airport, the place of the guest room is convenient. It is not far from Caoqian station that you can use the AirPort Express subway to Da Xing airport.

Very clean, massive room, excellent staff, pool/sauna a bit tired but great that it has one. This location isn't close to Beijing centre but we found taxis to be very cheap so it wasn't an issue for us.
