The hotel is very close to the center, but at the same time it is in a very quiet area. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed and the best thing was Kate and the people who work there, very generous and kind. She made our stay much easier with her recommendations and attention. Without a doubt an excellent option, we had a great time.

Richard and his staffs are amazing. The view from our rooms (pool and lily pond facing) is lovely. Even though there are no lilies in the pond as it is winter, the mountain view from our rooms is just magnificent! We enjoyed the relaxing and informative hourlong complimentary tea appreciation session --- came complete with fruits and snacks :). The hotel provides good choices of complimentary breakfast sets, ranging from local 桂林米粉 to toasts and waffles. Dinner is tasty and reasonably priced. Richard is very accommodating, allowing us to use the restaurant to play our boardgames after dinner, serving us complimentary free flow tea throughout our game and even help us cut fruits. Even though the hotel is not in the heart of city, it is very convenient to travel to city (cab ride is only ~US$2 to the city). We actually like the fact that it is not located in the city as it is more relaxing and the view is better. The hotel is right across a nice cafe, 5 mins walk from a strawberry picking farm and walking distance to bamboo rafting jetty. The hotel also provide scooter rental. Tea Cozy Hotel staffs give very good sightseeing and activities advices and helped us book the paid ones at a discount. I like the fact that they do not push sale on paid activities, instead they would actually advised us to do free sightseeing (amazing ones like the 3 bridges) that are more suitable for the weather. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Tea Cozy Hotel.

Yangshuo Village Inn, also known locally as "Luna Hotel" is a unique place. Ideally located in Li village, you can discover the rich nature that the region has to offer, on foot, by bike or electric scooter from this idyllic spot. Staff is lovely, helpful, very professional, exceptionally warm and welcoming. Most of them speak English, which will make your stay even easier. Locals are also incredibly welcoming. They have two restaurant, one located on the hotel's rooftop, the other in front of the lobby. In the second, you can choose to eat outside, in a lovely garden under pomelo trees. The food is very good and cheap. Unfortunatelly, when we were staying in October 2024, the rooftop restaurant was closed. However, the door is open and you can enjoy the view and the terrace. It is very calming, beautiful, you can have a wonderful view on the Moon hill, the village and beautiful sunsets. The location of the hotel itself, its rooftop, its garden are very relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the region!

Wonderful little guest house with love in every detail. I felt so comfortable here, and would highly recommend staying here! The rooms are clean, spacious, with comfortable beds, and everything you need (even bathrobes). The host provided a little guide with recommendations, and the lady at the reception was very friendly and even spoke some English. The views are amazing!

The staff was so helpful and arranging! They kindly recommended restaurants and sightseeing places around the hotel, and helped us when we had mixed up our booking dates. The room had a nice view and was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast, which was the best we had in a hotel in China.

After endless adventures around China, we finally landed in this corner of paradise surrounded by greenery. We arrived in Yangshou by boat along the Lì river, from the city center a comfortable taxi took us to the structure in about 15 minutes. The welcome from a young boy was very cordial, he accompanied us to a beautiful room with a breathtaking view of the hills also offering us a plate of fresh fruit. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent. Spacious, bright and with a large and very comfortable bed. A few steps away on foot you could reach the river and walk along the long path that runs along it or rent an electric scooter for a few Yuan for the whole day. I had breakfast included and it was really tasty. In addition, the girl I later met named Tan, very kind and hospitable and who speaks English very well, recommended a restaurant that can be reached in a few minutes on foot and that was truly exquisite. In the surrounding area there are also small markets and many restaurants. During the stay, which lasted too little, Tan was very helpful. She accompanied us in the morning to buy fruit and vegetables at the local market and then cooked dinner together preparing delicious typical dishes. On the last day she also offered to accompany us to the train station which was 50 minutes away by car also suggesting that we go see the nearby village called Xingping. In short I don't know what else to add. It was my best stay I had in China. I highly recommend going to explore this part of China and meet these fabulous people in this very welcoming structure.

I’ve never stayed in more beautiful, authentic and affordable place. The staff was amazing, warm and helpful people. The rooms were perfect with everything you need. The building is an authentic ancient chinese house and it makes you go back in time.
