We've stayed in many apartment hotels in different countries but this one is something that stands alone with pride in our heart. What can I say about it? Well, in one word just "FABULOUS". Everything about the hotel is beyound the expectations. The location is the best as it's just right next to the Charles bridge with buzzing surroundings, bars-cafes, supermarket & shops. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the necessities of daily life including a shared laundry facility on every floor and the whole apartment is spotless clean and very spacious. The best of all is the very amiable, modest and helpful receptionist who was able to answer every quarry we asked in proper and simplest manner. If we come to Prague (btw, this was our second time) again, we'll try to find apartment in this hotel. Thank you very much for a great experience in Prague.

Clean, warm and cosy apartment. We stayed at basement apartment , even there was no view because it’s basement flat, it didn’t bother us at all. We had absolute privacy. Easy check in, tram stop in front of the house, shops, coffee shops,everything you need.

The property is very cute and well designed. Love the atmosphere here. The location is awesome. It’s on a quite street but only 5 minutes walk to the castle which you can see the fabulous view of Prague. You always can go back to the view point as many times as you want. And people are so nice here!!!! I absolutely will come back!!!

Amazing experience. We booked the Presidential suite for 6 people and we couldn't be more happy. The building is beautiful, with many paintings and some statues, and the apartments continue the style. Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, a dining table, a living room, and it had washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms were cleaned every day, and they even turned on the dishwasher for us. The location is excellent, in the middle of everything. About the noise, we were in the 3rd floor and there wasn't so much noise. Nothing unbearable. With the windows closed there's absolutely no noise. But the best of all was all the staff. Tereza, Zdenek and the cleaning staff were all wonderful and friendly. They even had a small gift for us when they found out one of us was turning 60! When we go back to Prague, we will book again an apartment in Malostranska Residence!

Less than 1 hour walking distance to the city center,good connection by tram.Tip-use application "PID litačka" for buying tickets for public transportation.You can also buy tickets in metro stations on the ticket machine and pay by card or cash. Recommendation-visit Park Letna witch is near the apartment,from there you can walk to the Prazsky hrad.

Very nice cosy cabin, with a lovely view from the balcony. Good size, with nice shower and kitchen. Coffee machine is also a nice bonus. I can't fault the owners, but then again we didn't actually see or speak to them.

Superbly clean and comfortable. The owners were really lovely and accommodating. When we made a mistake they were understanding and supportive. I can wholeheartedly recommend the flat and we will stay again when traveling to/from the airport.

Perfect location! Wonderful apartment! Very well equipped. Everything is clean and orderly. Apartment has everything for comfortable staying. Owner is very nice and extremely helpful!
