All of the kitchen amenities were available. The communication with the property manager was flawless and they made our early arrival possible. Also, they were very accommodating regarding any special requests. Perfect internet connection as well as a variety of TV services were available. Downtown was reachable within a couple of minutes down the hill. We really appreciated the insect nets on the windows.

3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.

This has been one of the nicest apartments I ever booked while traveling. It must have been renovated recently. It was extremely clean and very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and there is a big table where we could have our meals. We also had everything we needed for cooking and even could make some coffee in the mornings. The location is also super nice, there is a great Italian restaurant just around the corner, as well as a grocery store and a bus stop. The touristy areas and the old town can be reached by walking 5 minutes downhill: you can find the thermal water springs and the restaurants there. The way back to the apartment requires a bit of stamina :), but it’s nothing a person in a fairly good shape couldn’t do. We hope to visit Karlovy Vary again and when we do I’ll definitely check if one of the Katrin apartments are available.

From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and tranquility of the natural surroundings. The room itself was a cozy haven, nestled amidst the lush greenery. It was spotless and clean, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the forest. One of the highlights of this stay was the fresh air. I spent my mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, listening to the sounds of birdsong and the rustling of leaves. The forest, close to accommodation, itself was a treasure of adventure. We went on daily hikes in nearby, explored Castles and beautiful small villages nearby. It was only 5-7 minutes drive from astonishing Karlovy Vary, so it was very convenient to combine urban life with forest peace. There is also beautiful hike trail to Obora Svatý Linhart, Accommodation itself is located near the old porcelain factory Pirkenhammer from 1803. The host is truly exceptional. He proactively went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and provided great guidance of all the attractions in the area. And there is a quite a lot. We will definitely come back here, and I recommend this place to anyone seeking true vacation in quiet forest atmosphere and still very close to one of the most beautiful towns in Europe.

Everything was as described. Really nice and big apartment with superb views. There were not problems whatsoever and the equipment and room sizes were very good.
