Tampere Maja is a guesthouse founded by Tartu and Tampere. It is a small cosy house with some 7 rooms. It is very close to the centre but located in a quiet street. There is a gallery on the ground floor. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything one needs. Wifi works well. There is also a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge (and more, but I did not need a kitchen, so I did not check). Breakfast is served from 8 am, it is rather simple but fine. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Tampere Maja and would not hesitate to stay there again if back to Tartu.

The apartment has a great location, a short walking distance from the main square, and all the attractions of the Old town. We travelled by car and it was very convenient that there is a private parking available by the house. The communication with the host was very easy, the access to the keys very convenient.

Cozy and clean place to stay. It is easy to find, not far away from malls, places to eat and old town. The owner of the place comunicated well, provided us with the details how to find the apartment easily. By the way, the entrance to the building is the 2nd from the left side of the building from the main street.

We stayed there with our two children. As we requested an extra bed (crib) for our baby, it was heart warming to see that even for the baby the bed was made (linen, blanket and pillow). Apartment is new, furniture is new, everything was clean and neat. Thank you ❤️
