Very friendly and warm welcoming hosts! Both Fernando and Belen are the best hosts imaginable. You can feel the love. They are really helpful providing information on the public transport to Bilbao and places to visit. The rooms are very clean - spotless. It is really the best "pied-a-terre" for a couple days in Bilbao. Highly recommemded.

The hosts were very welcoming and available if needed as they lived downstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and had some basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, oil, coffee...) which was nice. The apartment was laid out very well, and very clean, overall I would happily stay there again.

The host was really friendly and passed us the keys in person. The house was big and well furnished with everything we needed for the stay. There were also free parking available that made things a lot easier for us. The small gym setup was also well-appreciated. highly recommended!

Location is excellent, perched on the old town, accessed bu a flight of stone steps. Views from the apartment window overlooking old town and cathedral spire. Owner lets you in remotely once you are in front of the door which is easy.
