We we were 2 people the facilities were good and it’s really clean good lighting good for couples but the bed it’s comfortable but u can’t lay down and watch tv it’s little uncomfortable but other than that it’s really good if i come again i would book it again and the host she was very nice she explained everything perfectly and the view also good we stay only one night but it was perfect

Accommodation is located on edge of Toulouse. Is a new building so very modern. Is easy to find and to park. Is close to transport to the centre of the city. Takes about 30 minutes from house to centre. Hosts are great. Are very helpful in answering any questions you have. Location is a safe area. Rooms are clean and quite. If required you can have breakfast early. We had to catch an early flight and ate before leaving. We would stay again.

La Melanotte is a beautiful house with wonderful surroundings. We loved our stay here and we would definitely come back. We visited at the beginning of May 2023 by car and it was perfect. There is plenty of space to park the car on the premises at no extra cost. I don't know how close it is to the city center by public transportation, but by car it's super close. There is a piano and a pool table that are available for guests. Additionally, there is a pool for swimming on the property, but it is available in the warmer season. The rooms are squeaky clean and tastefully furbished and decorated. We had a huge bathroom. The breakfast was an excellent French one: croissants, various jams, excellent bread, butter, plenty of fruit, cheese, coffee, tea etc.

My family had a lovely stay at this gem of a guesthouse. Unique place, tastefully and beautifully decorated. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, the pool garden is pleasant and well kept. Run with much care and attention to detail by Guy, a most gracious host. Highly recommended!

    Good size rooms, no air com but fab supplied. Great location! Is effectively located on the river. We used it during Rugby World Cup 23, easy to walk to stadium and rugby village. Equally as easy to walk into the Old Town and Carmes.

    All the things you should find in a rented short term apartment but that you never sure you will find (coffee, tea, sugar, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, oil , vinegar, ...). Small balcony. Air con & Fan. Quiet surroundings. Clean and decorated with taste. Home feeling. 5 minutes walk to metro to city centre (then 10-15 minutes) to capitole. Car park available. Keys handle directly. Nery nice host. We will come back for sure as we travel often to Toulouse
