Fantastic and very peaceful location. The facilities were amazing like the hot tub and everything inside the pod itself. Big, comfortable bed and Bluetooth speakers to play your music in the pod! The hosts Mark and Marta pulled out all the special touches. They accommodated a late check out and after informing them my partner is dairy free, they thought of everything and added some vegan cheese and yoghurts and alternative milk which we really appreciated. The breakfast hamper and fridge was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, couldn’t have asked for more!

We spent one evening in the byre, the first evening of our walk. The place is in a very convenient location, just next to the hiking trail. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were lovely. For the future lodgers: ask for the pizza in the evening ;)

The Rockfoot B&B was in the heart of the Campsie Dells and centrally located for our trips to Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Sterling, The Devil’s Pulpit, Glasgow and points south and east. Moira was a perfect host and a good cook. As many of our stays we chose this for its remote location away from cities and it is very much a working farm with a very large flock of sheep. Our room was excellent and everything was perfectly clean. Moira took time to answer many of our questions and made us feel at home. This is an excellent place to stay for a Holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic place. Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, with all you can need. The Scottish breakfast was delicious and complete to continue the West Highland Way. Everything about the place was ten out of ten.... even arriving in the rain didn't stop us going in the amazing hot tub . Going for dinner in oak tree Inn 15min drive and then coming back to cosy night watching Netflix ... best sleep ever all round place was spotless and very luxurious ... was stunning staff were lovely and helpful so thanks to them we will be back
