We really enjoyed the location so close to the beach for a New years dip!! It had everything we could have wanted. The communication was incredible and we loved it so much.

A great pit stop on the NC500. The rooms were very clean, amazing little place, with great breakfast prepared - we really loved the toast. The staff were warm and friendly, they offered to pick up some laundry for us though jt wasn’t included and did bookings for our meals in the town area, especially because the area is pretty remote. Thank you so much Kenneth and team for the wonderful and attentive service!

It is wonderful, cosy, clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. There are all the amenities. The fireplace, added even more cosiness. We had a wonderful holiday.

It is a cosy home, providing us the respite on our NC500 driving hols. The apartment is conveniently located; we had a lovely meal at Peet’s. The host even gave us a warm personal welcome via the ‘hello’ board.

Room was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We loved the breakfast formula of picking what items you want (and the choices were very varied) and eating in your room. We had a nice table set by the picture window overlooking the mountains. It was so lovely. Host was welcoming. Good restaurant options nearby.

This place is a dream. A plants and trees and flowers paradise (inside and outside). Quiet and safe. Renovated with a maximum of finesse and good taste. Even the TV can be set as a painting of your choice while not in functions. The room no 3 (ours) had as a surprise a brand new marmer bathroom with a comfortable jacuzzi for 2 and a separate shower. The light, fresh and healthy breakfast is served in a charming covered veranda by the owners themselves. They gave us very good tips as what to do next day and where to dine. When I forgot my little handbag by departure, they contacted me as fast as they found out and send it in my next hotel by post mail.

The Ardmore House was our best stay in Scottland - by far. The location, the rooms, the very welcoming owners and the excellent breakfast - nothing could have been better.
