Location was lovely and quiet, owner Helen was a kind and compassionate human being and really makes you feel like home from home. Swallows nesting outside my door was just a childish dream come true. Grounds were spectacular and well the swimming pool was an absolute winner for the kids.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Linroy Guest House in Skegness! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed – Gerry made sure everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy, giving a real homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Waking up to a delicious full English breakfast each morning was the cherry on top, setting me up perfectly for the day. And I can’t forget Frank, their lovely dog, who added such a warm touch to the experience! For anyone looking for a great value, welcoming stay, I highly recommend the Linroy. Can’t wait to return!
