Breakfast was delicious and versatile. You can agree with the owner when do you want to get your breakfast. The food at the restaurant was also great, affordable and delicious. A lot of options on the menu. Also, the location was amazing, you could easily get to the Martvili Canyon and Martvili City. The rooms were clean, warm, and according to the pictures. The personnel was friendly, helped us with laundry, and taxi.

Very beautiful place with lovely family. Weve got to try traditional georgian food and weve spent great time with them. They also invited us to try swing above the canion. It was an amazing experience and people were lovely. There are also many animals like pigs, chickens, cows, cats, dogs and horses. Highly recommend

Best stay during our georgian trip! location is amazing since you get all for yourself! No other accommodations nearby. The Martvili canyon where you can watch people passing by in a boat is only some metres away. The house is very cute and offers all you need. Amazing friendly host. The dad showed us many places and was extremely nice! we miss him ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly renovated 3-bedroom house in Martvili and it was an absolutely amazing experience. One of the highlights of this getaway was the peaceful porch outside, where I found it very peaceful. I even had the chance to practice yoga there. The house itself is in the middle of nature, with no surrounding buildings or people. The wooden accents in the furniture caught my eye, adding a warm touch to the modern interior. You can find everything in the house, modern amenities like high-speed internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. It's a place where you can disconnect from the world, unwind, and just rest. I highly recommend this modern retreat if you're looking for a tranquil escape.

Our stay at Novel House was an absolute delight from start to finish. Despite our late arrival in Kutaisi, the staff warmly welcomed us and ensured that we felt right at home. The host at Novel House went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They shared valuable tips and recommendations for exploring the nearby Martvili Canyon, allowing us to make the most of our visit. Additionally, their kind gesture of driving one of our group members to the emergency room when needed truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms at Novel House were spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our larger group. We found comfort and tranquility in our accommodations, providing a restful haven after a day of adventure. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff took great care in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The proximity of Novel House to Martvili Canyon was a major bonus. Close to Martivili waterfalls. Our hosts lit the fireplace and cooked us a huge delicious meal. Cha Cha and Red wine stimulated our discussion for a relaxing night. We were the only guests, so had the shared shower and bathroom to ourselves.
