First of all, thanks to the host for making our holiday perfect. The accommodation was fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and airco in every room (if not multiple, living area). Even stuffed animals and family games. It was as clean as it could be. The terrace was a great place to sit and have a drink. With a gate that could be closed so the kids could play safely. I would highly recommend this place for long stay with children. Thank you having us!

Maria and Chris are amazing hosts! It’s very obvious they care for the place and put time and effort in maintaining it. Their hospitality was great! They came over to welcome me and were very helpful. Fragma Suite was very clean and comfortable. The location in a small mountain village (near Phaistos) was peaceful and great for relaxing. It was not that far away from grocery stores or any other shops/villages. Phaistos was about 7 min away and Matala was a 15-20 min drive. There is a private parking spot on the property which you can access through the gate. The small garden was lovely to wind down after a long day of travelling. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Fragma Suite to anyone!

This is a beautiful traditional home in Zaros, offering three apartments. Every apartment is clean and extremely comfortable with everything you need inside. The bottom apartments are great for jumping straight into the pool and the top apartments are has incredible views. The village of Zaros has everything you need, tavernas, coffee shops, little traditional bars, pharmacy, bakery, butcher and gift shops. You are close to hike the Rouvas Gorge and visit Lake Zaros. The nearest stunning beaches are approximately 40min away. The owner Vivi and her sister Cristina make you feel welcome straight away. Their Taverna Vegera, is great, serving home cooked traditional delicious food. It's a very nice and cosy apartment in a wonderful setting. The hosts were extremly helpful and caring, surprising us with various gifts, their olive oil is so aromatic! We stayed in the apartment with 3 bedrooms and with a big terrace with jacuzzi. The view from up there was overwhelming! We definetly recommend this place if you want to relax in a quiet area in Crete!

A wonderful destination for a getaway. Thalori is somewhat secluded, perched atop a hill, offering a chance to unwind and clear your mind of work-related thoughts. The design is beautifully traditional, reminiscent of a small Greek village. The food is satisfying, locally sourced, and homemade. While it may not be a Michelin-starred restaurant, I don’t share the complaints I've come across on Booking. I recommend bringing a long sleeve, as the evenings can be slightly chilly, even during the hot season due to its hillside location. Personally, I don't recommend venturing to the nearest beach – the only road there is quite steep, and the beach itself isn't particularly charming. On the other hand I highly recommend going to the farm, where a charming, friendly farmer- a member of owners family, showed us animals and told us a lot of interesting stories.
