I loved everything!!! This accomodation definitelly deserves the great reputation it has. Great location close to the port and beach and as a starting point to explore the beautiful Kythira by car. The apartment was spacius, clean, modern and equipped like a place for stable living. The best was the sea view from the balcony. Great actitude of the owners, they are doing a great job keeping the place nice and clean. Thank you very much!!!

Superb! Have visited Greece (mainland and islands) many times over the last 45 years and I think this is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed. Lovely room with everything provided, huge comfortable bed and large balcony with views to sea. Voula and George made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us and other guests. Pool and garden are delightful and a real haven in the heat of the day. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choice and many delicious home made pastries. If I ever come back to Kythera this is where I will stay!

The house was quite big, clean and tidy and with all the necessary amenities one needs. The host was very polite and helpful, always there if you need her. The house is located in a very quiet spot just at the edge of Livadi where you can have some piece of mind. Totally recommend you to stay here you will love it.

    These properties by the bay are lovely, very nice staff, well organised, good views, well equipped and create a lovely relaxed stay in a stunning wee village. Its a real laid back place to be and will rejuvinate any weary person needing a good chilled break.

    The villas are situated at a perfect location to explore the island. Each villa/ room is decorated with taste and meraki. The view has been mesmerising. The small kitchenette is allowing full independence and helps eliminate the time one eats out. The common areas are very welcoming and cozy. A perfect destination for a yoga retreat. The owner and the staff are very friendly, polite, accommodating and professional. Room was cleaned every day very thoroughly. Overall it was an amazing experience, can’t wait to come

    Wonderful peaceful seaside village. Small kitchen facility which was helpful because many restaurants were closed so late in the season (late October). Nice terrace with a view of the sea and the sunset.
