Everything was perfect, Simonetta and Konstantinos gave us every kind of information we needed and they arranged for us excursion and the transfer to the airport. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a very good position if you don’t have the car, because the buses to Kamari, Perissa and Fira stop close to the hotel and in the neighbourhood there are supermarkets and restaurants close to the hotel. They also let us stay the last day in the pool because we had a late flight

The host was such a lovely lady trying to help us in every way when we have inquiries or issues. I was so lucky to have her during my holiday. If I would visit the island next time, definately find her again. The accommodation was very clean, silent, suitable for family group. Highly recommend!

We stayed at ifestos villa for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was our first time travelling our 4month old baby and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect t for our stay. The travel cot was already set up for us in our room, everything was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with essentials. The villa is owned and managed by a fantastic family, 2nd generation, and they very warm and welcoming. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk into feira, a 5/10min walk to a large supermarket, and you avoid the busy traffic on the roads into feira. A lovely 24hr bakery is located nearby too which is very popular. Also amazing sunrise and sunsets from the apartment balcony.

To begin with, the communication with the hosts were very clear and prompt. Poppi responded to all my queries. The hotel arranges for pick up from the port at a reasonable price of 20 euro for two persons. On check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile and some great coffee. Necterios was kind enough to guide us through the must do locations and how to cover Santorini in a time bound manner. They have their own bus tour as well which we could not do since we had a pre booked tour - but the spots the hotel covers is similar to what other tour operators provide. In fact the tour of the hotel is more cost effective. Coming to the room, it was as it was depicted - pick and span and neat and clean. The size of the room was decent with a clean washroom. The room was cleaned everyday as well. The location is right at the Fira centre with markets, shops and bus stations all at a walking distance of 2 minutes. In fact, the most important benefit of this place is it's location which makes commute easy. They also arranged for an early morning drop to the Airport. All in all, a recommended place for a good stay at Fira at a reasonable price.

    An absolutely dreamy villa in Messaria, a traditional settlement in the centre of the island. Lovely decor, fully equipped kitchen, separate raining shower from the bathroom and a lovely private outdoor pool. Private parking is also useful. The villa AMERSA is close to a lot of beautiful destinations in the island. In the village there are very nice traditional taverns. An exceptional choice for your next visit in Santorini.

    The staff were fantastic. Always contactable with any questions or if something wasn’t working, especially the cleaner Mrs Tamy. She kept the place very clean and did a thorough job, on hand every day whether we wanted a full clean or just the bins emptying. The villa was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

    Wonderful villa, exceptionally clean with everything you need. Host was fantastic and we had a great stay. The pool area is lovely with beautiful big day beds and the outdoor dining area superb. We were a group of 9 and the space was perfect for us although there is room for more. The location is wonderful in the centre of the island. I would recommend getting a car. Thira is 6-7 minutes drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

    The two stories villa almost like tiny houses. Very comfortable. Everything been thought well and design well. Jacuzzi on the second level added value. Peace, tranquility. Great breakfast. The owner very helpful. It is a best place for relaxation after our full on trip in 2 weeks. Definitely recommend this hotel

    beautiful villa with private pool, great comfortable bed and beautiful interior design. at night very quiet. The host is very kind, always there to help if needed, and gave us lots of tips to enjoy the stay. Every two days, the cleaner would come and clean the villa, plus change all towels, that was a real treat.
