The accommodation in Psinthos was amazing. Compared to other others, this studio was amazingly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners were really nice and welcoming, even leaving us with a gift. The village itself is great as well with amazing local food.

The host was very hospitable and kind from the very beginning of our stay at Peter’s Place. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Everything requested (e.g. beach towels) was provided. The location is excellent (close to the old town, Lindos, Faliraki and all the nice beaches like Tsampika). Before checking out, the host provided us with some gifts (local honey and drink) and told us that we could check out later than the predetermined time so that the checkout time would better align with our flight. Overall, we felt very welcome at Peter’s Place and the host made us feel valued, rather than just being solely interested in taking our money.

We were welcomed by Yannis and his lovely wife Smaro on day 1 of our stay. They provided us with everything we could possibly need, as well as a welcome gift left on each of our beds, and a cake for us all to enjoy. The villa was absolutely perfect from start to finish, it was clean and tidy and equipped with towels, bedding and every cutlery utensil we could need. There was 3 double bedrooms in the villa, we were provided with an extra bed as there was 7 of us! Rooms were comfortable and had storage to hand up clothes etc. The pool area was immaculate with plenty sun beds for us to use, as well as other areas for outdoor seating. Our pool was kept clean by a pool boy who came every 2nd day. The location was perfect, out the way enough from the strip that it was quiet, but close enough to walk down for tea. We were roughly a 20/25 minute walk from the main strip, we would often stop off at Mikes bar (owned by Yannis) where we were looked after with cold drinks and good food! Yannis went above and beyond for us, offering to drive us back home to the villa every time we passed as it was a bit of a hill on the way back up. When we first arrived at the villa, it was raining and it was also a bank holiday therefore most food places were closed, Yannis picked us up and took us down to his pub and organised our tea to be delivered there! We were so looked after during our stay and Yannis and Smaro made us feel like we had “family” nearby. We can’t recommend enough. Such lovely people with hearts of gold.

    The appartment is very clean and confortable. The kitchen is fully equiped. The host is very hospitable. In appartment the host was left us bottle of white wine, bottle of water in the fridge and fresh fruits. The appartment is in center of the village near to a lot of taverns.

    Everything was amazing, Giannis and his family were so nice/helpful and they prepared us an amazing breakfast spread (including vegetarian options) every morning. The villa was beautiful, so clean and in a stunning location which was so peaceful and quiet. It also had a great pool and the air con in every room was a big bonus.

    Had a wonderful stay at villa Tranquila. Giannis' parents Rondia and Manolis, were the local hosts at the villa. Lovely and gentle persons who spoiled us with meals and treats. I would absolutely recommend villa Tranquila for a quiet vacation and exploring Rhodes with the family.

    Place is very good for motorized because it's located in a village, far from crowded cities. So if you rent a car, if you like quiet places, this is for you. The little centre of the village offers few restaurants and shops. After sunset you can hear only sounds of nature.

    perfect remote holiday villa, yet only a few minutes drive from Psinthos with lovely tavernas. Owners very helpful and came to sort out a few little problems we had straight away. They also had drinks and watermelon waiting for us in the fridge!
