Lombok House Mandalika has remained in my heart. This is my third time staying there. Cleanliness, order, and safety are what I liked most. Joseph and Veronica, the owners, are exceptional people. Kind, polite, friendly, honest, and always available to provide information and advice. They organize tours, taxis, and motorbike rentals at a fair price. The staff is also admirable, always cleaning and maintaining order. I recommend this hotel.

We had the greatest time staying at The Konkret in Kuta Lombok. The quality of the villas are top level! Also the staff is very helpful and friendly especialy the manager Sudirman. They make you feel save and at home. Have any question? Send them a msg and you get the help you need! Also the place of the villas is located in a secured place just 3 minutes away from the centre of Kuta. Its easy to walk or drive out to get some good food or do whatever. Maybe its a bit more pricey then other places, but its a bang for your buck! They are building up some more stuff around the villas so I guess the place will get even better and better. Big recommendation to The Konkret!

The villa itself was just breathtaking, we had such an amazing time. Unfortunately only there for 2 full days / 3 nights. Food delivery worked great and was delicious, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back some day and stay for longer! It should be said that when going there you really need to want to be away from the city & people etc. It's remote (but not too far off, still possible to get a scooter and visit town or the nearby beaches without a problem), and that's exactly what we loved about it.

Fantastic stay! Very nice villa with a great breakfast. The staff fulfills all wishes. The design is just great and everything has been thought of. We loved the great place in the middle of nature. It is not far to the restaurants and the beaches. There are good scooters to rent. We will come back!!!

Staff were great. Organised laundry, driver and bike. Breakfast was included and was prepared in our villa. Toiletries supplied were excellent.

I’ve written a detailed review on Google so i’m going to keep this one short. I would recommend everyone looking for a villa in Kuta to stay at Kalea. The best villa’s ever with everything you need from a super helpful staff. It is close to all the restaurants, gym and beaches in the area.

Everything was perfect. we stayed in the villa. The pool was amazing, the design and interior was stunning. Ultra clean too. The highlight was hands down the service, it is the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel (which says a lot). The staff was always helpful no matter what issue we had, and they were quick to come up with a solution. We could communicate with them over whatsapp which meant the room service was quick, the cleaning came almost right after we wrote them. Just overall, amazing. If we ever come back to Kuta we will for sure return to Batatu Villas. My only regret is not spending more time relaxing at the villa and pool.
