The staff is very friendly. The breakfast offered mutiple choices. Guests needed to pre-book their preferred type and time for breakfast, and the next day the staff would deliver it to their rooms. The taste was quite good. As for the location, it's just a few minutes away by motorbike to a street with restaurants. That street also has many diving centers.

We loved our stay at Vina Bungalows. The place is suspended above the forest, with an extraordinary view, with the ocean in the background. The surroundings were very quiet, we slept very well, away from the noise of the beachfront. The bed was confortable, with a large and thick mattress. Banana pancakes at breakfast were tasty. Our hosts were very accommodating, they helped us with the scooter rental, laundry and taxi reservation. Previous reviews have mentioned the remote location of Vina Bungalows: whereas it is true that a scooter is needed to safely travel the steep narrow road leading to the bungalows, when you discover the rest of the island, you realise it is quite the same everywhere, unless you rent directly by the beach! With a scooter Vina Bungalows is literally 5 minutes away from nice beachside cafes and restaurants.

We had an amazing three nights at Penida Bambu Green. To get away and be amongst nature and all its sounds with an incredible view of Mt Agung- it was a spectacular location and everything we hoped for. The pool was beautiful and the meals on offer by the hotel were a great variety and delicious. Prisma and Gopal were wonderful hosts looking after us throughout our entire stay and ensuring we were happy. Which we were. Tipi stole our hearts. A wonderful driver who we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with. Thank you for making our first time in Nusa Penida memorable

Such a wonderful stay! The staff is friendly, location is great and so quiet and calm. The rooms are tidy and clean. The showers are warm and This is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in since a while. Highly recommend!

The place was excellent that I even extended my stay for 2 more nights. All the staff were so friendly, I was given a scooter ride by the owner when I needed and always felt so taken care of there. Would definitely recommend it to others, really happy with my stay that I am even thinking of going back. And the rooms and all the area there is so cosy and beautiful 🌸

Where should I start. The hosts were amazing, extremely friendly.. They literally helped us with everything and they even got up and made breakfast for us at 5:30 am.. The bed was super comfy and they cleaned up the rooms every day and provided us with banaas and additional water. They also have a spa and we did 4 treatments and every treatment was amazing.. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough.. They definitely deserve the reviews they‘re getting.. When I‘m back in Nusa Penida, this is the only place where I want to stay 😍

    A nice place but didn't meet our requirements. A little self contained and away from the beach and beach side restaurants. The place description and other reviews had already mentioned these points, so no complaints. Great host and staff, as helpful as can be. Would greatly benefit with the addition of a pool maybe? And if the villas had windows that opened up to the great views from their high perches and not just opening into the internal courtyards.

    Love this place, beautiful rooms/villas. Loved the location- it is short walk or scooter ride from the main road, but so very quiet, great view over the ocean, and feels like you're staying in a local, not touristy area.
