Very hospitable and accomodating hosts. Lovely house in pleasant quite location but close to pubs and restaurants and general amenitities with good road access to major tourist attractions. Owners Francis and Colm were super welcoming, informative, kind and fun! The location was the best we could have hoped for! The accommodation was beyond our expectations, as we had 2 spacious floors to ourselves with a kitchen and bath. Recently renovated, so it was pristine!

Perfect location for a getaway adventure in Kinsale. The room was beautifully designed, with a balcony overlooking their private garden. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Complimentary coffee and tea and wine glasses are available for guests in a small area outside the guest rooms. There is a beautiful sitting area downstairs and lovely nooks on the upper floor if you want to gather outside your room. There is also an outdoor gazebo area with tables and chairs. The location is perfect for exploring restaurants and shops- all within easy walking distance to the room. An all around delightful experience.
