Moher House is an excellent B&B. The house is cozy and homely. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were welcomed with tea and fresh scones. We have stayed in numerous B&B’s during our trip to Ireland and this was a first. Was fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious. We had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. And my son had french toast and bacon. All freshly cooked to order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had our best family holiday, the cottage had everything we needed. It was charming and cosy, set in the beautiful Irish countryside. The location was great because it was a perfect starting point to tour around Conemmara. Everything was clean and well kept. Exploring and finding the animals was tons of fun! And the house was cute and homey. I wish we could've stayed for longer. Also a perfect departing point to hike in connemara national park!

We had a lovely stay at castlehouse b&b ! The authenticity of the place is refreshing as well as the kindness of the host, John, who gave us many helpful advice on local places. The cottages were in a remote but lovely location. A short walk into the village where there are some nice restaurants and a good supermarket. The house itself was a little bit 'tired' in places but comfortable enough and very clean. Being remote and on a farm , need to expect the sounds of the countryside but it did not cause a problem. In fact, it was quite entertaining having a large pig wanting to come in an join you for breakfast. It was nice to crossover from the cottage and see the varied selection of animals resident on site. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring Connemara Park and we enjoyed a walk up Diamond Hill which is very close by.
