The cottage was clean and they put an extra double bed for us, as we were 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, although it was small, had everything we needed to cook a meal. The location is excellent and we had no trouble getting in. Everything went great!

This guest house is 8 km from Skogar and 10 minutes’ drive from the Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. It offers tastefully decorated rooms with Eyjafjöll Mountain views.

I really wouldn't know where to begin, but we love it here. It's our second year in a row spending a night at The Garage while doing the Ring Road and i must say this is one of our favorite places to stay in Iceland. Maybe it's the playful dogs or the friendly cat, maybe it's their insanely beautiful backyard or the cookies that Anna, the owner, makes for her guests ( do yourself a favor and try one! ). Maybe it's the hot tub looking at a mountain with it's own waterfall or maybe it's the location between Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss. Maybe it's just the homey and clean rooms, that have everything you would need. In any case we hope that whenever we will return to Iceland, we will be staying here again! Would definitely recommend!

Great atmosphere with amazing view. Beygla the hyperactive dog is extremely cute and playful. All equipped kitchen utensils. Very nice place. We really love it.

I totally recommand this place! Even though the prices are a bit high, everything else is perfect : the host is super welcoming, it is super clean, it’s warm and comfortable, the place is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious (it’s included!!!). We really loved staying here! Also special mention to Pablo the dog ! 🥹

The location is fantastic. Very close to the falls. In fact we loved the view of the falls from the kitchen. Nicely organized kitchen. Very clean. We also like the ease of the self check-in so we could arrive at anytime.
