A wonderful, truly beautiful and quiet place with stunning mountain views. Secure private parking. An incredibly warm welcome, absolutely charming people – Marialuisa and Nikolina. Special thanks to Marialuisa, who was very helpful with comfortable accommodations and choosing daily routes. A wonderful opportunity to visit both Switzerland and Italy, everything is very close, and the magical views of the mountain lakes will forever remain in our hearts. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Such a charming place. Everything was great! The room, conversation with hosts, info about the stay was clear with a lot of details, classic Italian breakfast with the best tasty pistachio croissants. I cant say anything else besides that it was an excellent stay and its highly recommended. Alessandro ( the owner ) was always accessible to help and take care of his guests. Beautiful location in the centre of Como with walking distance to all attractions.

    Allessandro has created an extraordinary place and does everything to make you want to come back. Albavilla is anice and charming little village near Como and the apartment is romantic and comfortable at the same time. Alessandro ist the best host one could wish for: he helped us to find a free parking lot, to carry our luggage and presented us a wonderful self-made meal in the evening as well as a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We are sure to book again on our way further south!
