The hotel is in a non-descript town in Puglia called Orta Nova. It is where my family is from and I usually stay with them. GAPO Rooms caught my eye as there are not too many hotels in the area so i thought I would give it a try. It is really amazing. Huge rooms, very tasteful decor, friendly staff, a fantastic restaurant and bar - really it was perfect

Lorenzo kindly showed me his farm where mainly olives and grapes are planted. He practices organic farming and explained to me how it works. Also, he gave me a chance to taste freshly squeezed olive oil from his farm. It was really fruity!

Location is great. The host is great. The best accommodation experience I've ever had. The room is very clean. And they are cleaning every morning, changing your towels. It's beautifully designed. The hotel is in the city center, close to main walking street. It is very clean and the host is very helpful and friendly. The owners are also running a bar under the hotel. The host gave some presents for the kids and they were very happy 😀 the room was clean and comfortable. Free water and juice in the minibar. There is also a terrace and it is very good, you can have your breakfast there.

Location is excellent. The roof top balcony is a lovely feature. We particularly love that it is not near the ground floor, very quiet. Warm and delicious pastry for breakfast.
