All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

On arrival we received a bottle of wine from a 'famous actor'. ;p The appartment is cozy and has an artistic touch to appriciate here and there. There is no parking near the appartment, but Alessio takes care of his guests and got a city electric vehicle to get our luggage to the parking lot. The 2 bedroom wi dows have a magnificent view.

Lovely apartment in the middle of old town Peccioli. Everything was clean, rooms are spacious and equipped with all you need. Neighbourhood is friendly and helpful and the host Adam was always available for questions and recommendations. The check-in / check-out is easy. Parking spaces located around walking distance. We had also enough hot/warm water (if you do not leave all the time water running through showering it is sufficient). We were really impressed by the apartment and town and looking forward to coming back one day. Thank you Adam.

    The apartment was centrally located to Florence via the train station in Pontedera, Lucca and Volterra. It was also convenient to a lot of services in the village - groceries, cafe, restaurants, shops, etc. Our hosts provided great recommendations for places to visit and to eat. We also learned that Peccioli was selected as the Borgo dei Borghi for 2024 (Village of Villages) and we can see why.

    An immaculate, beautifully appointed room with stunning views across the farm and countryside from our little table outside. Irene was the most delightful and welcoming host. Breakfast was delicious - all homemade with plenty of hot, tasty coffee. We wished we could have stayed longer - it was all so wonderful in such a convenient location for so many beautiful villages and towns.

    Francisco was so incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to schedule us a fantastic dinner at Villa Lucindia (outstanding experience). Definitely recommend this place if you want amazing hospitality and to relax in the beautiful countryside.
