Great spacious place to stay. We enjoyed having the place largely to ourselves. Not so much to do at the location but an easy 20 minute walk to lake area & restaurants. Back garden access to the beach though not sure how safe is swimming in the sea. Apartment is a but quirky but was clean, huge & well equipped. Our host Maurizio was easy to communicate with.

Very nice facility, close to the train station and port. Rooms and bathroom cleaned daily. Good breakfasts. Very good place as a starting point for visiting Messina and other cities/attractions of Sicily. I sincerely recommend 💪

- Very good location, close to the university. - Safety neighbor, I can walk alone at 12.40am without any problem. - Very very friendly and helpful owner. He is not good at English but tried his best to do conversation with me and made me feel comfortable while staying there. He even contacted me via Whatsapp before I flew there to ensure my smooth travel. - Newly open so very new room.
