This historical and iconic facility has offered great view and a friendly staff. the View from the Ryokan was absolutely beautiful, and access to the onsen was easy. The facility was neat and clean.

Food was excellent and welcoming. Only difficulty was knowing how to get there. It was not clear nor was it clear how close the ice festival/sculpture was to the facility. Suprisingly close to ice sculptures and surprisingly seamless transportation to and from facility. However, it was not clear they had transportation to facility and it was diff to figure it out.

Perfect apartment, very spacious with all facilities

Very nice boutique hotel , only has 6 room , modern design , though room a bit dark ..very comfortable , good f a relax vacation , close to the lake only 6 min walk , Staff r very very nice , helpful , n professional, deliver the warmest hospitality to guests , appreciated his effort 😃 food r excellent ,, they offer free ice cream after dinner , very tasty 😋

Amazing onsen both in the room and public, stunning lake view from the lounge, free tea and croissants that were not even advertised, shuttle to JR station, just generally a very elegant and cozy vibe. One of the best ryokans I ever stayed at.

It provided everything we needed with our stay. The room is very cozy and clean. There are two supermarkets in 500m walking and 30 mins driving to airport. We got 10 begals with different flavors for us 5. All of them are so good. We had a very nice stay.
