Everything exceeded expectations. Spacious, warm, great location at incredible ski slopes, good kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds. The host was incredible and helped us with everything. We couldn’t have wished for more.

Amazing house surrounded by trees. It's the perfect getaway, especially for families - the children can be children in this rustic cosy home and surrounding area. The option to have a bbq and a fire is fantastic. Mark is a great host and it was lovely that he stopped by to greet us in person.

It’s clean everywhere. Although they state that only a limited number of amenities are provided in the room, they offer everything we need in the shared place, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, skincare products, water, tea, coffee, and even noodles, all at no extra charge. The staff are very supportive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return if we plan to visit Hakuba again.

Free breakfast, and the food are good taste. the house just at the ski lift chair place, super convenient. Inside of house so warm everywhere. the Ofuro/Bath is very good. Amazing treatment from the host right from the very beginning. Host is very friendly and helped us to shuttle us from Hakuba train stn to the accommodation. Host even offered to allow us to shop at the grocery to buy food etc. Host provided a brief orientation and guided us through the accommodation facilities and provided information Hakuba activities. The cottage is very clean, cosy and spacious. As we went during winter, the cottage provides good heating to ensure that guests are comfortable. We are able to freely play with the snow outside the cottage and the host even lend us a sled for the kid to slide around the snow. Very friendly host and very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.
