Tent is huge with 4 single beds and don't feel clamped inside though there are many furnitures in there. Include BBQ dinner (beef only and hotdog, no pork or chicken meat(sad)). Some potatoes, green pepper, onion, mushroom, cheese, mesh mellow. Pot of pumpkin soup and bread, butter, cheese, yogurt for breakfast. There are some toilets and 2 bathrooms at the office. Board games are also available to bring out to the tent. Need to take a time slot for shower. Shower room can hold 4 pax. 5mins drive to Unkai Terrace to view cloud. Reached at 5am, waited for 30mins for the cable car. Typhoon expected and was raining on the night we stay, unable to see the cloud the next day morning.

Wow! Loved every aspect of this accommodation! The location. The furnishings all new but beautifully rustic. The surrounding forestry/ local walks and river.. The full amenities of the cabin. Full kitchen. Open plan living room with comfy bed futons! Great bathroom with washing machine. Great host!! Many thanks Kazu for meeting and greeting us at your lovely woodland cabin! We stopped overnight at this wonderful B&B, and it was delightful. We were a family of four and booked out the two twin rooms. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet facilities were excellent, too. There are a few restaurants in the local area, otherwise you'll have to drive to Shintoku for more choices. We opted for the local yakiniku restaurant opposite the house. It was great for dinner. The host made a reservation for us and even accompanied us to help us with the order. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and gracious. He offered great insights into the local area and had excellent recommendations for our journey in Hokkaido. Breakfast was also fabulous.

We had a real good night's sleep in the Tatami room. The host gave us some very helpful information about sightseeing and dining out. We could not do all, since we arrived late and continued north the following day. One should plan at least three hours for the recommended route.
