The room was fantastic, with unbelievable views from the private Onsen on my balcony (100% worth paying the little bit extra for). By far one of the most beautiful views I've ever had from a hotel room and really special place.

The dinner and breakfast buffet was great, with many different options. The hotel is a bit far up into the mountain, so I recommend having a car to get there. The onsen was great after spending the day exploring the area. However, be aware that you can’t use the onsen if you have tattoos.

The service and the meals were outstanding. This inn is particularly well managed, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay most pleasant.

The house was very charming and cozy. Great authentic Japanese vibe. Owner was great for letting us check in early.

Very comfortable and cool in the summer. I checked in late (10pm) and checked out early (4.30am) and they had no problem with it.
