Guruge is the kindest person. Except from having a beautiful home and garden, he is very sweet and helpful with everything. Me and my friend stayed here. We’re two girls and he made sure we didn’t have to walk anywhere in the dark in the evenings, offered to help with everything. He made us amazing home made food with food growing in his tree. He told us a lot of insights about Hikkaduwa too!

It is a lovely hotel set amongst greenery. I was given the room as requested. It was nice to have many windows and to listen to birds singing in the morning. The hotel is well organised like apartments with the kitchen and dedicated boxes for guests to store their items on the shelves and in the refrigerators. There’s a big dining area. Otherwise, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Beach Road with lots of eateries.

The room was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute here. The room and the bathroom are spacious and very clean. The AC worked also well and we managed to have a good temperature in the room. The whole area of the hotel is very beautiful and there are always people around to help you. The location is great and you can reach good restaurants, the mainstreet and the beach in less then 5 minutes. It’s totally worth the money!
