We would definitely return to this hotel again!! It is a beautiful property and they offer superb food! The rooms were comfortable and clean. They offered it all: from the safari to the relaxed atmosphere in the garden of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodated all our requests. The plunge pools were nice and relaxing.

Very good stay for a trip to Wilpattu National Park as Safari Tours are offered and you can enter the park fron the Western Entrance. I made a half day safari and saw leopard and elefants and many more animals. Don´t miss out to go to the beautiful lake just 10 minutes away and to the rice fields - it´s beautiful there! The staff ist very friendly and helpful and the food is good. So overall a perfect stay for Wilpattu!

Everything is very good, clean hotel, I liked everything very much, jeep safari, this is without words, a must visit, they made it possible for us that my neighbors and I rode in different jeeps and did not depend on each other. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel!!!

This is the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Luna Laguna is simply a heaven on earth. We got a free upgrade and spend 4 nights in the most beautiful villa that reminded of us an Italian renaissance building. The food was utterly delicious and, without a doubt, the best we ate in all of Sri Lanka. It was always tasty and varied. The staff and the owner were remarkable people and the best thing about the place. They welcomed us with open arms and kindness. We had many good talks and really enjoyed their generous hospitality. All in all, this is a little paradise, and I’d recommend it to each and everyone. Truly an experience we’ll cherish and never forget. Thank you so much Luna Laguna!

This is exceptional place to visit if you want to learn/progress with kitesurfing or find new friends. The location which is few minutes (boat trip) away from the kite spot are perfect and quite. We decided to come to Kalpityia spontaneously and made a last minute booking. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, we felt really comfortable there. He made us an excellent dinner too. The whole area is basically a family business, all people we met were really warm and friendly. The accommodation is just a stone's throw from the beach, which is particularly great for kite surfing. It's a peaceful place surrounded by nature, perfect for both relax and activities.

We stayed as a couple for 11 days in this beautiful cottage 1 minute from the beach. It is so quiet and you can relax and retreat very well. There is also a whale skeleton and several beaches are within walking distance. It is also a kitesurfing paradise and there are many donkeys here. You can easily cater for yourself, but there are also several restaurants nearby. The owners are next door and are happy to help at every opportunity. We would come back any time. :-)
