Arrived here from Marrakesh... the long-way... with some 5 hours in the saddle. Bit of a bugger to find from the road using Google Maps initially... but easy when you know how... and look for the signs! However the hospitality was overwhelming with a "bikers beverage of choice" and a quick brief of the Riad and room facilities... Jamal and Kati made me feel very welcome indeed. Great accommodation and very secure parking for many bikes. The room was excellent with great en-suite facilities. The shower was hot and powerful... great for my aches and pains! The bed was big and comfortable. Although they didn't offer dinner the french restaurant they recommended was tres magnifique... and only 400m from the accommodation. The sunset "beverage" on the terrace was idyllic... no noise... just birdsong! I slept like the dead and woke to a magnificent breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool... I did not want to leave! Again I would stay here every time I come to the west coast of Morocco... and despite not being in Essaouira... its in Ghazoua... about 8km outside... its worth it for the peace and tranquility... and that restaurant up the road! I really didn't want to leave... but Casablanca was calling! But to any travellers... especially bikers... for me, it doesn't get any better than this for a weary traveller to rest! to Jamal and Kati... Thank you... Shkran... Tanmirt... Merçi... Je suis Mouchè... ton ami!

The stay was perfect. The personell were very helpful and congenial - a special thanks to Bada for all his help and the unforgettable welcome tea and sweets. Great breakfast. Very clean! Riad was a very good location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Staff were very friendly. At the end of our visit before we left the country, the staff walked us to the taxi so we knew where to go. Highly recommend.

Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions. Gérard and his staff made me and my teenager son feel like home at once. Warm , accurate , always available and helpful. Attention to details : we had fresh flowers ,from their lovely garden, in our room. The food was amazing: fresh stuff every day prepared with love by Hanane . Neima always spoilt me for breakfast: omelette , coffee , té menthe… Gérard is an unbeatable host, warm at heart and taking care of us with a lovely discretion. The pool , the garden , the hall, the room , the bed … a nest that we will truly miss .

    The host and staff is great, the villa is even better than it looks on the pictures. They cooked for us for a very considerate price and even took my histamine intolerance into consideration. And the food was so much, it lasted us (11 people) for 3 days. Also it was very delicious.
