Wonderful stay thanks to Maryam and Tizem's (not sure about spellings!) hospitality. A family run riad where you feel at home. They solved queries, shared info, kept our bags after checking out and were readily available at all times. There is a calm atmosphere, tranquil music and a nice terrace to eat and enjoy the views of the city from inside the medina. The rooms are pretty, clean and spacious. The bathrooms have been renovated and have great water pressure. There was shampoo, shower gel, slippers and bathrobes! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, Moroccan style, the star of the stay!

    What the villa offered was absolute perfection and the best stay possible. The villa is modelled from a very traditional home and is certainly a little quirky but for tranquility, restfulness and a perfect self-catering experience it can't be topped. The peacocks, chickens, tortoises, geckos, geese, frogs and donkeys made our stay so much more amazing. The location is so tranquil but also with good road connections to Tangier, Tetouan, Chefchouen, and the Med and Atlantic coasts.

    The check in and the check out went very smoothly, the villa is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the. Villa it’s extremely clean , the bed linen and towels very clean and fresh and the villa is well-maintained, and nicely decorated, the villa it’s directly opposite the pool with direct access, nice garden at the back with the barbecue and seating facilities, the villa representative and the customer service agent ( owner) They are really caring and they have a sense of hospitality.

    First of all, the host Mr Yacine was super friendly guy. He greeted us with a smile and he showed us the place which was super clean everything was as described and beyond that. He even bringed us some extra stuff for us at night with a gift it was a chocolate. If your looking for a place to stay at tetuan Mr Yacine’s villa is the answer.
