The apartment is located in a beautiful, new apartment house with a swimming pool. The house stands in the middle of a quiet village. The apartment on the first floor has a view of the neighboring gardens and the courtyard on the other side. Breakfast is not served but the owners put ingredients in the kitchen and bring fresh bread every morning.The apartment is very comfortable and the kitcen is fully equipped. The location is ideal to explore the eastern side of the island.

Perfect place to stay, we stayed for 7 nights. The room was excellent, with a balcony overlooking the villa's garden, kitchen with fridge/freezer and cooking facilities, good A/C and a very comfy bed. Floor and a roof-terrace for guests. Within walking distance of various shops and restaurants and every morning fresh baguette from the bakery and not to forget the bus stop around the corner. Jay and Henri are good hosts and also give tips on what you can do in the area. We really enjoyed Shanti Nivas. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Jay and Henry THANKS.

We are from South Korea for the honeymoon. We had a truly enjoyable time at this accommodation. Kerstin was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessities. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Great food, lovely staff, wonderful laid back approach to a stay. Very accommodating with checking in and out and bag drops. We loved taking the the kayaks and sups up to the waterfall. The daily trip to the beach is great and the island is incredible. Beautiful and quiet beach with nothing and hardly any people. Your own quiet paradise but take some water/drinks with you as you can’t get anything that side of the island. Mountain biking trails about 200m up the road. Beautiful walks up the mountain to waterfalls. We will be back.

I loved the house: from the view to the furniture, it’s all cured in detail and the pictures are exactly like reality. You’re really waking up with the ocean in front of you. You can have breakfast on the terrace and dinner too, it’s never too windy. The house is equipped with all the commodities including towels to use on the beach, shower gel, conditioner; oil, vinegar, pans and all sort of tools to cook. A special note for the amazing hospitality of Sabrina. She waited for us until late in the evening and arranged an amazing boat trip (which I highly recommend… it’s 90$ per person all day on a boat with lunch on an island included, a real bargain). The house was cleaned almost daily and you could ask anything to the cleaners who were there every morning.

Villa Bella is located in a very calm neigbourhood, and has all the accomodations one needs. Every amenity in the kitchen, fruit as a welcome gift, a washing machine with powder ready, a TV, etc.. The house is extremely clean, and all the rooms very spacious. The beds were made with clean sheets, no bugs anywhere, everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be the only hosts there, and had the entire property and swimming pool to ourselves. The people (Marco, Angelique the owner, even the neighbours) were all extraodinary in helping us adjust to Mauritius and the life there. We could always count on somebody to help us out, whether it was Angelique via the chat on booking, or Marco who lives not far at all from the property. The beach is only 5min away by car, and is gorgeous. It's the perfect place for people who like a calm environment but not far from shops, beaches etc. You need a car but that is to be expected in Mauritius. PS: the wifi is extremely good at the Villa, better than in a lot of hotels where I stayed.

Charming hosts. Marie-Claire and Gaetan were always ready to help. The bedding was simply super quality. As we were staying for a full month they gave us bigger accommodation.

    The beachfront villa was spacious and very comfortable with two en-suite bedrooms and a guest bathroom downstairs. Mr Kavi was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. He even assisted us by buying and delivering traditional Mauritian Dhall Puri, which was delicious. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, had easy access to bus and taxi facilities which is just outside the villa.
