I like the place itself,it's very clean, spacious,modern and away from the crowd. you got everything you need. its like having the comfort of your home away from home. the staffs are very accommodating and helpful as well so thats a big bonus.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Staff were very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. The owners have well behaved and friendly dogs. Walkable to town 15mins and to the port 10 mins. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We will be back soon.

Paul was a great host, he helped us organize bikes, as well as taxis and gave us recommendations when we asked. The place was comfortable and clean, the ac was good and there were electrical sockets next to the beds. There was a place to hang your wet swimming stuff outside and the shared kitchen had all the basics one could need to cook. There was also a water refill station. Would definitely come back!

We loved our time at Edsan! Great location within walking distance to the main part of town with a few great restaurants nearby. Owner and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and can help organising tours and a scooter. We loved the kitchen - it had everything we needed to cook and more. Great vibe and very friendly, sociable guests. They also have staples like coffee and drinks available for purchase.

Great value for the location, staff service, and overall facility. The room was nicely decorated, as well as the bathroom. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space in the room. The staff were very warm and helpful. It was just a 4 minute- walk to Kota Beach. Not having in-room dining or breakfast is not a problem because the restaurants are just a stone throw. Would gladly recommend to others. Great if you are a big group. They also have dorm rooms, or could just book the entire place.
