The property is new and very clean. A good 10-min walk from Panagsama proper where all the restaurants and parties are at so it’s a great place where you can really enjoy a quiet restful night. They have a pool which is cleaned every morning and open until 10pm. The rooms are spacious and toilet has working heater.

It's a really wonderful place to stay in the Moalboal area. The rooms are cozy, new and big. The pool area is really nice and the staff was so helpful during the time we stayed there. It's a bit further away to Sardine run and Lambug beach but if you are comfortable with riding a scooter it's easy to get to the places.

Liked it all! Beaufiful garden area with sea view. Some stairs down to the sea to snorkel - also saw a turtle here. Friendly, helpful staff.good Short, cheap tricycle ride to busy town area and the sardine run. Panagsama beach is a bit further, but it's a fun ride to get there by tricycle. .Nice restaurent within walking distance, can al ordercin from them.

We had a wonderful family stay at SunValley Tourist Inn. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families visiting Coron!

A fantastic place with a great view of the mountain. A lot of beautiful flowers and palms in the yard, which is in perfect condition. Kathleen and her husband provide us everything we need, even a motorbike for our tour visits, transfers at very good price and nice driver. The room and the bathroom was big enough and very clean. There is also a comfortable area with nice ratan tables on air to drink your coffee, eat some fruits and even work with your laptop. Kathleen and her husband was very polite, friendly and helpful. The place has a very good lication for the tour Oslob-Whale Sharks, and near to the Sardines watch. A market for all kind of fruits is near at no more than 1 km. Everything was more than perfect and we recommend a lot this lovely place for your vacation in Moalboal.

    The beachfront was great! Villa was exceptional. We were surprised about it and we enjoyed every hour. We actually booked the villa just to spend a day and recharge due to our hectic work sched. Sister Therese was the best! She made us feel so welcome and at home. The breakfast honestly we were not expecting to be this great! The food was top rated. Thank you Sisters! We will definitely go back!!

    We felt home away from home in Moalboal at Villa Teresa. Marichu and Guiseppe were lovely hosts and helped with everything they could. The apartment was spotless clean, perfectly equipped with everything necessary and very well maintained. There’s a great vibe at this place, highly recommended!!!

    Perfect stay in villa by the sea, run by wonderful Sisters who donate proceeds to their orphanage in Cebu City. Lovely rooms, delicious varied breakfasts, arranging of tours and massages/pedicure/manicure appts at the villa. We will return. Simply the best place we stayed in the Philippines. And 10m walk to local strip and beach where you can swim with turtles and sardine shoals.

    The perfect place and location to do island hopping around Moalboal. The place was cozy and felt like your own holiday home away from the city. A 3 mins walk to the main road for great meals and massage. And if u do leave early for your island hopping, they can prepare a yummilicious sandwich. Overall, toppy top place!
