I like that I feel safe and comfortable during my stay there… it feels like home, away from home… in fact, I like it so much, that I even extend my stay for few more days🥰shout out to Joan, she’s the one attending to all the needs of her guests… she’s very accommodating, making sure that I’m comfortable and always checking up on me, if I need anything. She makes you feel like, you’re family and not just a guest, and I really appreciate that… Good location, accessible to public transport, with mini groceries and carinderia around the area, if you don’t feel like cooking… the rooms are spacious, equipped w/ kitchen utensils, kettle, ref, electric stove, casserole, etc. There’s wifi and flat screen tv… they have different rooms, that are appropriate to your budget or needs… Overall, it’s a good find… and I would recommend this place to everyone,. The owner is accommodating and the unit is clean. I would like to suggest that it should be SOP for the owner to re-inspect the unit during guest check out in order to avoid misundertanding about the damages in the property.

Nice clean room with a good kitchenette electric shower and just a short walk to the mall's, not sure why the bed is raised up as there's room for it on the floor room 612 6th floor tower 5 stayed a week with no real issues apart from the bed.

We fled from Cagayan De Oro City to attend a concert in Bulacan. We chose to stay here and it was very comfrotable. The owner was so responsive and very nice. We had a problem in the toilet but it was resolved asap and the staff was very nice as well. We will be back soon.
