A great place to enjoy & unwind just outside Stockholm. Nice simple cottage with a very nice view over the lake and of course the real Swedish sauna is not missing. A supermarket can be found a few minutes away (by car). This is also a nice place for a day in Stockholm. Last but not least a very friendly / hospitable owner!

We had everything we needed in the kitchen for simple cooking, and the place is equipped with a washer/dryer combo machine which is a must when you have young kids. The bathroom was a comfortably good size for a family of 4. The garden and outdoor seating area with a pond of pretty fish was a pleasure for our kids. Our lovely and very helpful host, Jonathan, was so kind to let our son feed the fish too! The location was great, offering tranquility for the evenings and perfect for sightseeing as it is close to Ekerö and Bromma for trips to Stockholm via public ferry/train/bus. It is also very close to good hiking spots! We have good friends in Sweden so we will definitely keep this address for our next trip to see them!

I really liked everything. Exclusive accommodation on the ship. Very romantic place, next to the pier there is a bar with live music. Perfect! I would love to come back as soon as possible.

BTW, they have reception in Gripsholm Vardhus, so in case you are checking in late don't worry. And they have breakfast over there. With car 2-3 minutes, or like 10 minute walk distance.
