The location is lovely. It's a gorgeous neighborhood with easy access to everything in Boulder. While we mostly drove, it would have been very easy to access everything via bike or bus. There is a local supermarket, bakery and good restaurants within an easy walk of the house. Carla was responsive and helpful and provided many staples that are often missing from extended lodging situations. She also provided a generous supply of welcoming food items which was unexpected but delightful.

The Niwot Inn was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It was enjoyable to be a ways out of a city in a tiny little village. The Inn itself was decorated beautifully with Southwestern style furniture to match the architecture, beautiful photos on the walls, and fine touches and Knick knacks that made it feel like you were visiting someone’s home. We were traveling with 4 adults, and they gave us adjoining rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the fireplace would be lovely on a chilly night, and the room has lots of places for luggage and seating. The bathroom had rock accents and fluffy white towels. The toiletries were high quality. There were lovely seating areas on the front porch and behind the building- and a jigsaw puzzle for guests to enjoy. Wi-Fi was very good and the network was secure. Breakfast was a light continental breakfast - frittata, granola, fruits and yogurts. Tea and coffee were available all the time. They set out cookies or Sweet Dreams teacups in the evenings. Very thoughtful touches!

Janis was the most hospitable host I have ever come across, her house is immaculate and the rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything you would need, rooms were nicely sized and they are very accommodating hosts ! Would definitely recommend staying there

Perfect location on the creek and close to shops and restaurants. The property was extremely thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was awesome too.
