Walking trails up the slope amid the trees: birdsong and running water over ancient stone. Quiet, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. A lovely region too. Would happily stay again. Chris the host was lovely and welcoming, and did amazing breakfast. Loved the king suite with the spa! Short drive to Mount Macedon. Absolutely beautiful and feels very country like only 1 hour from Melbourne.
