Initially, I was given a room on the 8th floor, which had no view and was noisy, disturbing my sleep. After raising this issue, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a room on a higher floor, which I found very considerate and commendable. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay, and they even gave us a little surprise at the end, which was a delightful touch. The doormen and front desk staff were impeccable in their manners and smiles, truly embodying the spirit of a five-star hotel.

Free WiFi is offered. The big pool with an amazing view, the room is big and clean, with a big double bed, and closet. The free private washing machine in the room was a game changer, and the staff was very friendly. The location is great location also, next to a huge mall, the tech market, and generally a very lively neighborhood. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

With lake views, this accommodation provides a patio. The apartment has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The apartment was in a nice community and had a very good design. The separate toilet and shower rooms, with the sink outside those spaces, made it easy for two families to move around each other in the morning. The big table was great for our game night. Our grandson loved the bunk beds! It is a very green community with a nearby park. Close to Chimelong, which was our daily destination.
